Clean and spacious twin-bed room with a private bathroom. Close proximity to the beach and convenient bus stop for transportation. Impressive facilities including a well-equipped kitchen for cooking your own meals.

Beds were creaky and noise from corridors and outside kept us awake. Limited variety for breakfast and random selection of towels provided.

During my recent stay at Auberge De Jeunesse Ethic Etapes, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the communal kitchen. Although it lacked some cookware and utensils, it provided ample space for cooking meals. Additionally, the breakfast in the clean and spacious dining room was basic but satisfying. I also appreciated the fact that the hostel allowed guests to store their luggage, making it convenient for exploring the area. The short walk to the fantastic beach was definitely a highlight of my stay.

There were a few drawbacks. the ensuite toilet lacked soap, which I believe should be provided for guests' convenience.

The rooms at Auberge De Jeunesse Ethic Etapes Saint Malo were cozy and comfortable. Each room had a wardrobe, which made it easy for us to keep our belongings organized. We loved having a kitchen or kitchenette in the rooms, as it allowed us to prepare our own meals. It was really convenient to have a fridge to store snacks and drinks, especially with our two small kids. we felt at home in these rooms.

The only downside for us was that there was no electric kettle or stovetop in some of the rooms. But this is just our personal preference, and others might not find it as important.

My teenage daughter and I stayed at Auberge De Jeunesse Ethic Etapes for two nights in July. The twin-bed room in the newly renovated old building was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the fact that soya milk was available. The location was great, with a short walk to the beach and easy access to bus stops. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the town and its surroundings. The communal areas created a nice community feeling.
